Evening Walks

It's been much cooler than normal around here and especially chilly on our evening walks when Philip comes home.

Aunt Nichole's Wedding Shower

We had such a nice weekend celebrating Aunt Nichole's bachelorette party and shower this weekend, and Uncle Shane's bachelor party for the guys.  We had a great time getting to know her family and friends better and celebrating such a wonderful person.  We're looking forward to more celebrating in a couple weeks at her next shower.

During the games yesterday Natalie enjoyed clapping when cheering was necessary but mainly was continually asking Phil and I to read the same Elmo and Curious George books.

This weekend we went out to the Apple Festival.  Although her excitement wasn't really captured here, Natalie was pretty happy to ride a pony.

1 Year Dr Appointment

We had Natalie's 1 year Dr. Appointment recently.  She's 20lbs 8ozs (60th percentile) and 29-1/2 inches long (75th percentile).  The highlight of the visit: the doctor was very complimentary of Natalie's vocabulary and said she was close to a 15 month old in her speech development.  The low of the visit: Mom getting urinated on after a very angry Natalie was weighed.  You win some you lose some I suppose.
